Full Job Description
Fluids Analyst III - Kennedy Space Center

GHG Corporation is currently searching for a Fluids Analyst III to support our KPLSS team at Kennedy Space Center.

Job Duties:
• Develops and manages inventory reporting for Defense Fuel Supply Point (DFSP) operations, ensuring full compliance with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) requirements.
• Prepares and submits Monthly Inventory Transaction Reports (MITR), including detailed sales and credit documentation (DD1898 and DD2913), as well as transmittals covering shipping and receiving (DD1348-7) and determinable/operating losses (DD1348-8).
• Maintains and reports monthly and weekly DLA inventory data, including container inventory and summary sheets.
• Coordinates and updates forecasting and inventory systems by maintaining the monthly Hypergol Forecast and submitting KPLSS Physical Inventory reports.
• Generates System Level Reviews and Post Launch Assessments (PLA) for SLC-40 missions requiring KPLSS support, excluding drone ship operations. For other mission types, manages updates to Fluids Management PLA Tracking and Falcon 9 Flow Graphs.
• Supports program documentation and operational planning by updating hypergol-related sections of PRO-STUDY-12 Propellants Equipment Utilization and Optimization Plan and PRO-P-0048 Fluids Support Plan for Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy programs.

Job Requirements:

Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.

Must be able to successfully pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).

US citizenship is required for restricted area access. A driver's license is required to independently travel onto and around KSC property.

Position is located on-site at Kennedy Space Center.
