  • Lead and develop a team including Workshop and Warehouse Supervisors.
  • Report directly to the Country Manager and functionally to the Regional Fleet Manager.
  • Collaborate with the local management team to align with business objectives.

As Fleet Manager in Houston, you'll lead the maintenance strategy for Sarens' equipment fleet, ensuring cranes, trailers, trucks, and support gear are always in top condition. You'll coach a skilled team, optimize processes, and safeguard compliance with SHEQ standards. Your role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and achieving economic targets while fostering continuous improvement across the organization.
