Job Description:Job Summary: Provides first line of support, coordination of services, problem resolution and/or recommendations on selected products and services. This is a Mechanic role, so the ability to work with vendors, order necessary parts and supplies, as well as work with Diesel Machines. Working on the vast fleet of Caterpillar products.
What You Will Do:- Addressing fleet maintenance issues and resolving repairs to machines. Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented.
- Answering inbound customer service inquiries. Providing health analysis or troubleshooting and redirecting them when appropriate.
- Identifying issues and determining appropriate course of action for effective resolution.
- Working with the product groups to ensure all technical software and hardware are up to date and installed on equipment
- Understand prime product or component health or status, if action is needed, and required next steps.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Considerations For Top Candidates:- Experience working with and supporting Heavy Equipment Fleet Management Repairs. This is Required for this position
- Experience working with Autonomous Machines
- Experience working with Diesel Machines
- Experience not only with Machines, but the Software, Hardware and the Technology that goes inside the Machines.
- GPS and Trimble experience is a huge plus
- Ability to order parts and supplies and working with the customers

Summary Pay Range:$81,370.00 - $122,060.00
