McElhanney is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Vancouver as Fleet and Equipment Coordinator. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an individual with a background supporting surveying, construction, engineering, or warehouse and fleet coordination.

What You'll Do
• Manage company vehicle fleet dealing with tracking and maintenance of on-road and off-road vehicles
• Manage and track equipment location and storage using spreadsheets or other software
• Organizing maintenance and service
• Purchasing and deploying new equipment
• Liaising with Survey Manager and staff to address needs of people and projects.
What You'll Bring
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with vehicles, equipment, and tools.
• Experience with pulling a trailer and loading and unloading ATV's and snowmobiles.
• Experience using Trimble survey equipment and software is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High productivity, attention to detail, and an ability to work well as a team player

What Can We Offer You?
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $95,000 per annum. McElhanney offers fair compensation that is commensurate with the individual's education, experience, skills, and professional qualifications. The posted base salary/wage range is representative of the required level of qualifications and experience for the position as noted in the job posting. The salary offered will be based on the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
