Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard a high-performing team of Personal Trainers and MMA Coaches.
  • Train and mentor staff to ensure expert-level service and compliance with company protocols.
  • Maintain a productive, energetic team environment that aligns with UFC GYM values.
  • Accountable for reaching monthly and annual goals for private training and supplement sales.
  • Ensure the team clearly understands and tracks revenue and service targets daily.
  • Identify opportunities for increasing member engagement and coaching revenue in collaboration with leadership.
  • Oversee staff scheduling and timekeeping to ensure gym readiness for members.
  • Address and resolve member concerns regarding their fitness experience or results.
  • Act as the primary communication link between the club and regional/company offices regarding fitness department performance.

The Fitness Manager (FM) ensures every member receives a world-class experience while driving the financial success of our coaching and supplement departments. You will lead a high-performance team, manage daily operations, and take full ownership of private training and supplement revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Staffing
