Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a Personal Trainer.
• Current national PT certification required.
• CPR and First Aid Certified.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, management, and business skills.
• Passion for fitness and a leadership mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with clients of all fitness backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of personal training revenue and clientele through strategic initiatives.
• Work directly with clients to develop personalized fitness programs.
• Lead, train, and manage personal trainers within the club.
• Create and implement innovative events aimed at boosting personal training sales.
• Engage in community outreach to attract new clients for personal training services.
• Oversee daily operations of the club's personal training programs.
• Implement strategies to enhance overall client experience and safety.
