Position SummaryThe FIS Systematics Core Banking Specialist will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the FIS Systematics core banking platform. This role requires strong technical expertise in core banking operations, mainframe technologies, and system integrations. The specialist will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient banking services.
Key Responsibilities- Support and maintain the FIS Systematics core banking environment.
- Configure and enhance core banking modules, including Deposits, Lending, and Customer Information.
- Develop, test, and implement system changes and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.
- Support batch processing, system upgrades, and data conversions.
- Design and develop integrations between FIS Systematics and digital banking applications.
- Assist with data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Provide technical support during testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience working with FIS Systematics.
- FIS Systematics Core Banking Platform
- Experience in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, z/OS, REST APIs and Web Services
- Experience in Data Migration and System Integration
- Experience with SQL and Database Management
- Experience in supporting core banking applications in financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of banking operations and transaction processing.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with core banking modernization projects.
- Experience integrating legacy banking systems with digital banking platforms.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, security, and compliance requirements.
- Experience working in large-scale banking environments.
