What We’re Looking ForRequired8+ years of experience in fire alarm operations and field leadership
Proven success managing teams, projects, and operational performance
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and project profitability
Knowledge of fire/life safety codes and regulations
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
PreferredNICET Level III in Fire Alarm Systems
Experience in fire alarm installation leadership roles
Ability to interpret and manage construction contracts
Relevant certifications or education in Fire & Life Safety, Electrical, or related fields
Low Voltage licensing capability (GA/SC preferred)

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $130,000-$165,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
