What You Will Do

Step into a leadership role where your expertise directly drives project success, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. As a Fire Systems Install Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of electronic fire alarm solutions—overseeing installation teams, optimizing operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Lead high-performing installation teams – Provide direction, coaching, and development for technicians, installers, and technical support staff

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience – Partner with Sales and customers to ensure requirements are met from kickoff through warranty, building long-term trust

  • Own operational execution – Oversee engineering support, submittals, scheduling, labor planning, procurement, and project timelines to ensure seamless delivery

  • Drive financial performance – Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure projects meet profitability targets while maintaining top-tier quality

  • Ensure flawless installations – Oversee all technical installation activities, including programming and system commissioning in compliance with codes and customer specifications

  • Improve productivity and performance – Establish clear metrics, optimize processes, and continuously elevate team effectiveness

What We’re Looking For
Required
  • 8+ years of experience in fire alarm operations and field leadership

  • Proven success managing teams, projects, and operational performance

  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and project profitability

  • Knowledge of fire/life safety codes and regulations

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Preferred
  • NICET Level III in Fire Alarm Systems

  • Experience in fire alarm installation leadership roles

  • Ability to interpret and manage construction contracts

  • Relevant certifications or education in Fire & Life Safety, Electrical, or related fields

  • Low Voltage licensing capability (GA/SC preferred)

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $130,000-$165,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
