The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Construction process, including estimating, design coordination, and client communication. This role requires a strong understanding of fire protection systems and experience in project management.

• Manage Job Installation Schedules (Parts on Job)
• -Work with Fire Sprinkler Pre-Construction Manager
• -Manage / Work with Project Managers
• -Responsible for quality and code compliant installations
• -Responsible Monthly Installation Labor Finances
• -Responsible for Monthly Billings
• -Oversee Change Order Process
• -Innovating and result driven mentality
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in fire protection or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and codes.
• Proficient in estimation software and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license.
