Full Job Description
Firetrol Protection Systems is seeking a dedicated Fire Alarm Project Manager to lead and manage fire alarm system installation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management within the fire protection industry and a strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include:
  • Plan, organize, and oversee fire alarm installation projects ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly to maintain project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals efficiently.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fire protection or fire alarm systems industry.
  • Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, codes, and installation practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • NICET certification in fire alarm systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
  • Must have current Oklahoma's Department of Labor commercial fire alarm license.
