Key Responsibilities- Design and program fire alarm control panels according to project specifications and local codes.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of fire alarm systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance.
- Collaborate with construction teams to integrate fire alarm systems within building infrastructures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for fire alarm systems during installation and post-installation phases.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards and technologies related to fire alarm and suppression systems.
- Prepare documentation and reports for project management and client review.
- Train staff and clients on the operation and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
Qualifications- Proven experience in programming fire alarm systems
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm codes and regulations.
- Experience with special hazard fire alarm and suppression systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with construction processes and collaboration with engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications in fire alarm systems programming and installation.
