"I can succeed as a Senior Manager, Financial Operations at Capital Group."The Senior Manager leads FinOps across Capital Group's Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) portfolio, spanning enterprise platforms, associate tools, and emerging GenAI capabilities. This role drives cost transparency, allocation, and optimization by partnering with Engineering and Finance to track usage, attribute spend and enable disciplined investment decisions.
This role builds and scales cost allocation models, unit economics, and FinOps practices to create accountability across the portfolio. This includes embedding cost awareness into engineering and product decisions while incorporating GenAI cost economics to enable scalable, efficient adoption of AI technologies.

- You have extensive experience in financial operations, technology finance, or enterprise platforms with broad impact
- You have strong expertise of cost drivers with cloud, SaaS, and end-user technologies
- You've established and scaled cost allocation models in complex environments
- You have familiarity with AI/GenAI cost models and governance considerations
- You've influenced senior leaders and driven data-informed decisions
- You build partnerships across Technology, Product, Finance, Procurement, and Risk
- You have successfully built or matured FinOps practices and governance
- Your expertise includes financial controls, vendor management, and licensing models

Charlotte Base Salary Range: $187,016-$317,927
Southern California Base Salary Range: $208,245-$354,017
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
