The Senior Manager leads FinOps across Capital Group's Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) portfolio, spanning enterprise platforms, associate tools, and emerging GenAI capabilities. This role drives cost transparency, allocation, and optimization by partnering with Engineering and Finance to track usage, attribute spend and enable disciplined investment decisions. This role builds and scales cost allocation models, unit economics, and FinOps practices to create accountability across the portfolio. This includes embedding cost awareness into engineering and product decisions while incorporating GenAI cost economics to enable scalable, efficient adoption of AI technologies. Charlotte Base Salary Range: $187,016-$317,927 Southern California Base Salary Range: $208,245-$354,017 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
