Full Job Description
The Finishing Superintendent plays a key role in delivering the final quality of every Marcon home. Reporting to the Site Superintendent, you will lead all interior construction activities from window stage through project completion, coordinating trades, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring suites and common areas are completed safely, on schedule, and to Marcon's high standards.

Working closely with site leadership, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will drive daily execution, maintain schedule discipline, and proactively resolve issues before they impact quality or project timelines. Your leadership and attention to detail will help ensure every home is ready to deliver an exceptional homeowner experience.

The compensation range for this role is $95,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
