Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Lead advanced financial management activities including budget execution, obligation/expenditure forecasting, cost variance analysis, funds control, cost estimating, and development of program/budget documentation for Test Wing leadership.
• Provide senior level support for specialized Test Wing/XPI financial systems, including JOCAS, Job Order Status Reports, FM Workflow, and reimbursement tools; maintain software environments, coordinate SSL certificates, and support web/database server patching and compliance actions (FISMA, DAA, PIA/SORN, ATO).
• Provide expert guidance in troubleshooting data flow, resolving financial system anomalies, coordinating release updates, managing processing schedules, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial artifacts to internal stakeholders and higher headquarters.
• Support organizational tracking of suspense items, maintain documentation and spreadsheets, coordinate equipment and service requests, and serve as primary/alternate Information Technology Equipment custodian, ensuring compliant disposal and asset control per Air Force directives.
• Deliver senior advisory support for document management workflows, geospatial data related scheduling products, and customer facing technical assistance; develop training materials, conduct user support, and generate authoritative recommendations for evolving software, spatial, and financial system requirements.

Required Qualifications
• More than 10 years of relevant financial management, cost analysis, or DoD financial systems experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in standardized cost models, spreadsheet applications, workflow/document management systems, and financial data reconciliation.
• Expert level understanding of DoD/AF financial system governance requirements (FISMA, PIA/SORN, ATO processes, etc.).
• Proven ability to independently execute mission critical financial duties and mentor junior financial personnel when required.

Education & Certification
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline required.
• Additional certifications in financial management, data systems, or IT governance preferred.

Clearance Requirement
• Active Secret clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
