Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of relevant accounting experience (eleven years preferred); public accounting experience a plus.
• Ability to influence, lead, and manage change positively, with strong project management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information effectively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• CPA designation preferred; prior supervisory experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Corporate Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Finance 360 departments, managing a team of 60 including 25 staff in India.
• Lead the development of the new Billing Teams operating model and service delivery aligned with business strategy.
• Drive recruitment and development strategies for early-career professionals in finance.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts, incorporating automation and AI into operational processes.
• Serve as functional owner of enterprise transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations affecting finance processes.
• Create staffing strategies that encourage innovation and career growth within the team.
• Develop and oversee departmental goals and performance metrics to enhance business outcomes.
• Prepare and present operational performance reports and strategic updates to senior leadership.
