ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Financial Services Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Andy Hedlund - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your ability to have needs based conversations around retirement planning makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Consult customers with financial planning and investment options.
- Assist customers with portfolio management and asset allocation.
- Conduct financial reviews and recommend appropriate products.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:- 3+ years of experience in financial services and planning.
- Analytical and communication skills.
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses preferred.
COMPENSATION - $75,000 Per year
- BONUSES based on production in the following areas:
- Brokerage and Advisory Accounts
- Life Insurance
- Annuities
- Disability and Supplemental Health
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
