Our State Farm agency is seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional who is excited to grow. This role is designed for someone who wants to develop expertise in life insurance, health insurance, and financial services while gaining the skills and experience needed to pursue advanced opportunities - including becoming a financial services specialist, or even a State Farm agent in the future.
You'll begin by helping customers protect what matters most through life and health insurance solutions while learning the fundamentals of financial planning. As you grow, you'll have the opportunity to earn securities licenses, expand into investment conversations, and develop the business, leadership, and relationship-building skills needed for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:- Help customers understand and secure life and health insurance solutions that support their financial goals
- Conduct needs-based conversations to identify protection and financial planning opportunities
- Build lasting relationships through proactive outreach, annual reviews, and exceptional customer service
- Learn the fundamentals of financial services while working toward required insurance and securities licenses
- Expand into investment and broader financial planning conversations as licensing and experience grow
- Develop sales, leadership, and business management skills through ongoing coaching and mentorship
- Maintain compliance with insurance and financial industry regulations
Preferred Qualifications:- Active Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain
- Currently hold or ability to attain FINRA securities licenses (SIE, Series 6, Series 63, and Series 65 or ChFC designation)
- Sales, customer service, or financial services experience is helpful but not required
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
- Interested in long-term career growth, leadership opportunities, and potentially becoming a State Farm agent
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
