Full Job Description
The Financial Reporting Professional 2 prepares and distributes periodic financial statements for users other than those directly employed by our organization. Reporting to the Financial Reporting Lead, you will work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

The Financial Reporting Professional 2 ensures all reports and disclosures comply with applicable government regulations, professional standards and organization policies. You will prepare consolidation journal entries, eliminate intercompany transactions, and consolidate divisional and subsidiary financial accounts and provide an accurate basis for inclusion in internal and external financial statements. You must understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating goals, including their linkages to related areas. Additionally, you will make decisions regarding your own work methods, and and receive guidance where needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance
  • 2+ years of Finance work experience with demonstrated experience flux/variance analysis and financial reporting
  • Excel proficiency, as defined by the ability to alter macros, create and use pivot tables, formulas and v-look ups
  • Can accommodate EST or CST time zone working hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Power BI, SharePoint
  • SQL (writing queries, extract data into Excel)
  • Live within the EST or CST time zone
  • GAAP knowledge
  • Healthcare industry experience

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


$71,100 - $97,800 per year


This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
