Full Job Description
Provide a variety of deliverables such as quarterly reports, updates and analysis on new FAR and other regulatory provisions and contract reviews. Ensure contractors maintain a written and running bibliography of all information sources used during the life of the contract, ensuring any changes to the scope of the contract are accompanied by proper Contracting Officer (CO) authorized contract modifications, and other deliverables. Provide assistance and perform a wide variety of litigative administrative support functions for government officials in ENRD, including the Assistant Director of Procurement.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Serve as a specialized professional in support of litigation, investigations, case-related administration, auditing and accounting services, statistical analysis, and financial fraud related research.
  • Serves as a senior subject matter technical expert in areas relevant to the task assignment.
  • Produces/reviews substantive and/or complex technical documentation reflecting detailed knowledge of technical requirements of the task.
  • Formulates and reviews strategic plans and studies and ensures performance with standards. Reviews work of project personnel.
  • Refers inquiries requiring technical program knowledge to an appropriate staff member for follow-up and maintains a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Uses office automation software packages and equipment to type, edit, and format letters memoranda, reports, and other documents.
  • Other litigative administrative support duties, as assigned.

Required:
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain MRPT (Moderate Risk Public Trust) facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for MRPT facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
  • Ensure that customers' files are kept in compliance with all recent OIG recommendations.
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum of 8 years of progressive technical and information resources management experience.
  • Experience with audit-related investigations that involve reviewing contract documentation to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Ability to analyze and provide the percentages of expert contracts, invoices, and contract documentation that would fail audit reviews.
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of a variety of computer applications, such as word processing, databases, and spreadsheets, including the ability to use a personal computer to access and retrieve data (i.e., Word, Excel, email applications, and Windows Operating Systems).
  • Presence and/or notability of experience in providing advisory services at a high organizational level with the Federal Government, including skill in supporting Federal managers and executives.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including phone, email, etc.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding office environment.
  • Strong case-related administration and organizational skills.
  • Be proactive, dependable, and capable, with the ability to perform detailed work consistently, accurately, and under pressure.
  • Possess good judgment, and high ethical standards with the ability to maintain confidentiality entrusted to them.
  • CPA is preferred but not required.
  • Leadership experience preferred.


Compensation Details:
$87,000 - $92,000
