Compensation: The salary range for this position is estimated to be $82,497.00 - $141,221.00 annualized, which reflects the company's current estimate of the potential compensation range at the time of posting. This salary range reflects the anticipated compensation for this position and represents one component of the total rewards package. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, qualifications, and allotted budget. About Our Opportunity

Executes the Association's financial planning, reporting, and analytical processes to provide accurate financial insights that support strategic decision-making, regulatory compliance, and financial performance management. Serves as a key finance partner to leadership by delivering financial models, forecasting, profitability analysis, and reporting that inform business strategy, risk management, and operational decisions.

The Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst contributes independently to routine and recurring work with growing confidence and consistency. It applies established procedures, manages assigned responsibilities effectively, and collaborates with others to support business outcomes. Team members at this level are expanding functional knowledge, strengthening judgment, and developing problem-solving skills within defined parameters.

How You Will Spend Your Time

  • Develops and monitors the Association's financial budget, long-range plan, and forecasting processes, providing analysis and insights that support strategic planning and performance management.
  • Prepares financial reports, shareholder communications, and regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with GAAP, FCA regulations, and internal control requirements.
  • Provides complex financial modeling, scenario analysis, and decision-support reporting that enables management, the Board, and committees to evaluate performance, risks, and strategic opportunities.
  • Leads critical financial analyses related to profitability, allowance for loan losses, net interest margin, spread management, and cost allocations to improve financial performance and resource utilization.
  • Coordinates tax reporting and compliance activities, supporting the preparation of federal and state tax filings, audits, and related financial documentation.
  • Serves as a trusted financial advisor to business leaders by translating complex financial data into actionable insights, strengthening financial understanding, and supporting informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Completes routine assignments independently using established procedures and sound judgment.
  • Applies working knowledge to resolve common issues and identifies when to seek guidance.
  • Communicates clearly with teammates and internal partners to support coordinated work.
  • Organizes workload to meet deadlines and deliver consistent, reliable outcomes.
  • Contributes ideas that strengthen processes, accuracy, and effectiveness.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED with 5 years relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree with 1 year relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience using Excel for financial reporting, analysis, or data management preferred.
  • Experience with OneStream or similar financial planning/reporting systems preferred.
  • Lending, banking, or financial services experience preferred.
  • GAAP experience preferred.


Mental & Physical Requirements

While performing the responsibilities of this role, team members typically sit for extended periods, use hands for computer and office tasks, and communicate verbally. Standing or walking may be required on a frequent basis, with occasional reaching, lifting, or moving items weighing up to ten pounds. Vision requirements include close and distance vision. The work environment generally involves a moderate noise level.
