Full Job Description
The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will work closely with our senior management to increase company efficiency and profitability by assisting with the formulation of the short, medium, and long-term financial plans. Apply now!

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with Site Comptrollers and Executive Management to build their forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic plans.
  • Develop and track incentive compensation targets and performance.
  • Work with Executive Management to model M&A opportunities.
  • Work with Executive Management and internal/external teams to manage, track, and perform due diligence activities related to M&A.
  • Evaluate, analyze and report on previous forecast and budget to actual expenditures to identify variances working with TU leadership to understand and communicate variance analysis to Executive Management.
  • Participate in and support Quarterly TU financial reviews for control and analysis purposes.
  • Develop and implement recommendations for cost reduction and revenue generation. Track progress on key performance indicators and objectives.
  • Provide insights to financial modeling, forecasts, and profitability.
  • Evaluate and monitor financial performance providing detailed explanations on material variances.
  • Analyze manufacturing performance by determining Company labor rate per hour across all locations
  • Create models to project long-term growth and determine the impact of business factors.
  • Provide competitor analysis and market trends to Leadership Team.
  • Review annual and quarterly filed SEC filings to ensure MD&A reporting is consistent year over year and quarter over quarter results
  • Develop and track performance measures for TU and how it translates into Incentive Compensation
  • Perform ad hoc analysis as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • 8-12 years of experience in finance or equivalent discipline necessary.
  • Proficiency with cost projection and compensation modeling along with budget development experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Experience in matrixed, international manufacturing environment preferred
