Job DescriptionYou will be the Financial Mgmt Asc Mgr for the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Cost Control team. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to drive program success.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Financial Mgmt Asc Mgr you will be responsible for leading a finance team and providing financial guidance to development and production programs.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare Estimates at Completion for subcontracts and material, process budgets, sales forecasts, and monthly earned-value reporting.
- Interface with program personnel, program finance, and Global Supply Chain partners to drive financial excellence.
- Support GSC finance analysts, cross-functional leadership, and internal/external customers.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, hiring, and performance-review guidance to GSC finance analysts.
- Promote a cost-conscious culture and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Basic Qualifications* Adept at Excel, SAP/SAP MRP and Material Sales
Forecasting.
* Experience supporting program with Earned
Value Management (EVMS) procedures and policies.
* Ability to learn computer interface and perform
basic business functions including application of
cost analysis principles.
* Commensurate experience with GSC Bus. Ops.
* Cost Control or other similar areas.
* Able to transfer knowledge via training and guidance to other team members.
* Experience with detailed financial analysis & providing management-level recommendations.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Good organization skills.
Desired skills* Experience with EFS.
* Superior Excel experience.
* Advocate for change and continuous improvement.
* Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with reporting. * Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making.
* Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions.
* Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements.
* Provides subject matter expertise support to
proposal development, basis of estimate and
negotiations, as required
Ability to work remotelyPart-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
