Standard Job Description

You will be the Financial Management Sr for the Financial Management team. Our team is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, analysis, reporting, and compliance.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Management Sr you will be responsible for performing multiple financial activities across finance functions, establishing performance-management budgeting and forecasting, integrating data from various systems, and delivering actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and risk-opportunity assessments.
  • Consolidate financial results (orders, sales, EBIT, cash, ROIC, overhead, discretionary funding) for monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting.
  • Develop forward-looking data analytics, visualizations, and trend analyses to inform strategy.
  • Maintain compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and US GAAP policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise for proposal development, basis of estimate, and negotiations.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
Interest in production environments.
Excellent PC and communication skills.
Ability to obtain a DOD Secret Security Clearance.
Demonstrated strong analytical skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strategic thinker and self-starter

Desired Skills

Knowledge of MFC financial and estimating systems. Cost management and estimating experience in a production or financial environment. Knowledge of general production
and quality processes. Exposure to touch labor cost management and estimating. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively interact with all levels of Internal and External Customers.

3+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.

Demonstrated problem solving ability (identifies problems and develop/implement solutions)
Prior program finance cost management experience
Ability to analyze and summarize top level financial impacts

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

The salary range for this position is as listed on the requisition. Please note that the salary information listed is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market(work location) and business considerations when extending an offer.

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
