Financial Management Analyst and Requirements Coordinator
The Opportunity:

As a Financial Management Analyst and Requirements Coordinator, you will apply your subject matter expertise of the Navy's enterprise Information Technology (IT) requirements and acquisitions to coordinate client's efforts to manage programs. You will work with clients to plan the investments in future IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity programs. In a complex organization, you will work with clients and coordinate with external DoW and Navy stakeholders to manage program requirements and resources.

Allocating funding to where it is most effective can be a challenge. That's why we need you, an experienced analyst with expertise in acquisition, POM, and budget analysis who can navigate the technical requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding to make sure our Navy's resources make the most impact.

This is an opportunity for you to apply your experience with the DoW and Navy policies to help your client develop well-formed technology requirements and investment strategies. Once the requirements are approved and funding is in place, you'll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with client and program management office staff. This is your chance to use your expertise in Navy and DoW networks and other Navy enterprise-wide IT and communications programs to lead client initiatives and secure requirements and resources needed to achieve Navy's future IT goals.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience with IT and technology requirements and acquisition development
  • Experience with Navy or DoW PPBE, POM, and budget analysis
  • Experience leading initiatives for Navy or DoD clients with minimal oversight
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Power Point, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and creatively and lead client initiatives
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience working with Navy or Service staff as military, a civilian, or an advisor
  • Experience with DoW and Navy IT policies and technical and network requirements
  • Knowledge of Navy financial and IT system databases
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including developing and briefing material to senior client leadership to support decision-making
  • Possession of excellent analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
