Responsibilities

  • Conduct group and individual financial education meetings virtually and in-person
  • Serve as the key contact for plan participants involved in financial education
  • Deliver high-quality service to clients and their employees
  • Cross-sell Wealthspire's various lines of business and services
  • Prepare diligently for client meetings and follow-up on deliverables
  • Consult with internal ERISA teams for compliance on client matters
  • Address and resolve employee inquiries or concerns promptly

Full Job Description

Summary of the Role: Wealthspire will provide access to the employees of our 401(k) and 403(b) corporate clients. The Advisor will provide employee education and leverage our proprietary financial wellness platform, Wellcents, to help employees and create relationships and opportunities for wealth management referrals. Administrative support is included. Conduct group and individual financial education meetings. Advisor is expected to increase employee participation, increase employee deferrals, and provide investment education. Travel required. Training provided.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct group and individual employee financial education meetings in English and Spanish, in-person and virtual
  • Serve as primary point of contact and lead financial education for plan participants
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and excellent service. Actively interact with clients and their employees to ensure we are delivering upon service expectations
  • Cross-sell all lines of business and services available at Wealthspire
  • Prepare for meetings in advance and ensure follow up and execution of deliverables following the meetings
  • Consult with Wealthspire's internal ERISA teams to ensure proper compliance regarding all client matters
  • Respond to employee or concerns. Ensure questions or issues are resolved in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

  • College degree preferred
  • Spanish language fluency is a big plus

What We Offer:

We're proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, and more. The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
