Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Expertise in cost accounting and manufacturing finance
• Familiarity with private-label and co-manufacturing economics preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Strong technical accounting foundation (GAAP) with commercial and operational insights
• Experience with ERP systems and modern FP&A tools
• Exceptional communication skills to convey financial information clearly

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Lead monthly financial close and reporting processes
• Collaborate with operations on cost accounting and P&L management
• Manage cash flow and relationships with banks and lenders
• Oversee compliance functions including treasury, tax, and audit
• Build financial models for pricing and profitability analysis
• Lead risk management for commodity and input costs
