About the RoleAs Financial Controller, you'll own the financial backbone of a company scaling fast. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you'll run our core accounting operations end-to-end while shaping the forecasts, board reporting, and financial systems that guide how we grow. Capital efficiency is core to how Botpress operates - this role exists to make sure our financial operations are as rigorous, automated, and AI-leveraged as the product we build.

- Experience at a high-growth SaaS or startup, with fluency in SaaS revenue recognition and metrics
- Hands-on FP&A experience: budgeting, forecasting, and board-level reporting
- Track record of building or upgrading financial systems, processes, and controls
