Financial Controller
Advance CNC Machining - Grove City, Ohio
Salary: $100,000-$120,000 DOE
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller who's enjoyable to work with, and that can thoughtfully bring the efficiency, ownership, and passion needed to help our growing $20 million company keep up with rapidly rising demand.
What You'll Do
As our Financial Controller, you'll provide financial accuracy and effectiveness-while modeling the accountability, resourcefulness, and humility that define our culture.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading cost accounting efforts in a manufacturing job-shop environment.
- Overseeing Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and month-end close with accuracy and timeliness to ensure dependable cash flow.
- Managing full compliance with federal, state, and local taxing authorities.
- Partnering with leadership on budgeting while maintaining effective internal controls.
Compensation package includes:

The skills needed:
- Deep knowledge of cost accounting.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, effectiveness, proactivity, and collaboration.
- High proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel, including advanced reporting and modeling.
- Expert-level experience with federal, state and local tax filings.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
