This position is National Remote. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST or CST time zone.
We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.
Primary Responsibilities:- Develop, maintain and refine financial models used in forecasting that assess company performance and strategic initiatives and enhance modeling reliability
- Create, refresh and tie-out monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. This includes monthly actuals reconciliation, budget and forecast support reporting
- Conduct variance analysis to understand deviations from plan and providing insights on corrective actions
- Solid research and analysis skills - Conduct analysis of financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of improvements
- Ensure financial models align with business rules, provide support with business case development related to scalable reporting structures
- Presenting financial analysis, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership

Required Qualifications:- BS / BA Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, OR related degree
- 3+ years of Financial Analysis experience with solid capability to translate financial data into executive reporting
- Experience in enhancing financial process focusing on reliability and accuracy and efficiently handle ad hoc requests
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST or CST time zone from Monday - Friday
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in analytical skills in Microsoft Excel workbooks
- Experience in Power BI

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
