In this role, you'll develop a deep understanding of our finance and business operations-identifying inefficiencies, mapping workflows, and translating complex processes into scalable automation solutions. You'll collaborate with Finance subject matter experts, business leaders, and technology teams across the organization, applying your technical expertise to drive strategic decisions with lasting impact.

The Financial Automation Analyst will design, develop, and implement automation solutions within the Corporate Accounting and Finance Department, using a variety of tools to support end-to-end workflow automation and system integration.
  • Gather requirements from process owners to identify automation opportunities.
  • Apply automation best practices and maintain documentation standards.
  • Quickly learn and apply new technologies.
  • Support full lifecycle implementation of the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) projects and production deployment.
  • Support and manage UiPath automation environments, including bot orchestration, scheduling, and machine configuration.
  • Contribute to the technical design and implementation of automation solutions across projects and systems.
  • Integrate data across enterprise systems, including ERP platforms, databases, and cloud platforms to enable end-to-end automation.
  • Proficient in AI-assisted development practices, using AI tools to accelerate workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve the quality of automation deliverables.
  • Support business users through the testing and training process.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • Minimum four (4) years' experience in a related field required.
  • Master's degree Dual major with Accounting preferred.
  • UiPath experience preferred.
  • Alteryx experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Power Apps, Flow, Power Query experience preferred.
  • Experience implementing RPA solutions, preferred.
  • Solid background in business analysis experience within applications.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Great written and oral communication skills.
  • Ambition for process improvement.
  • Self-motivator.
  • Ability to work as a team and independently.
  • Although not a requirement, having a solid grasp of programming fundamentals and entry level or higher proficiency with Python, SQL, VB.Net and/or C# programming languages is a significant asset.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery, is preferred.
