Full Job Description
Job Summary:Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
Prepare journal entries and ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Maintain monthly bank reconciliations and reconciliations of various general ledger accounts.
Analyze financial transactions and financial information to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.
Compile and analyze financial information for the organization, with a focus on financial modeling and the development of revenue and expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
Analyze records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred to project future revenues and expenses.
Monitor and track the overall financial status of the organization, as well as the financial status of specific projects.
Advise management on matters such as the effective use of financial resources and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
Participate in the preparation of organizational budgets, audits, and tax forms.
Code and enter vendor invoices and prepare and process payments.
Prepare annual 1099 forms.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information and records.
Reconcile internal accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies as needed.
May perform other accounting and financial duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
Minimum of 2-4 years of finance or accounting experience required, with at least 2-3 years of accounting experience; experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
