About the role

The role of the Finance Analyst is to assist the Manufacturing Finance Manager with Cost Efficiencies, Regional Office, and Third Party operation management. The job requires implementation and maintenance of dashboards of key KPI's, as well supporting on presentations for forecasting cycles and month end close routines. Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis

Your responsibilities

  • Partner with Supply and Manufacturing Finance to deliver financial targets
  • Own forecasting, costing, and performance analysis for TPM and Regional Office
  • Support month-end close, planning, and reporting cycles
  • Drive system improvements and provide ad-hoc insights to leadership


The experience we're looking for

  • 1 - 3 years of relative work experience within Supply Finance / Accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in financial planning tools (Anaplan, SAC etc) and reporting tools (SAP/BW, Fusion etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting concepts, financial planning and reporting.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills to allow for mutual understanding of problems and development of cooperative solutions
  • Ability to make and influence decisions, multi-task and prioritize assignments
