About the roleWe are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Supply Finance team. In this role, you will partner closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations stakeholders to support financial reporting, forecasting, performance analysis, and business decision-making across the supply organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in consolidating financial results across multiple areas of the business, preparing leadership presentations, supporting forecast and month-end processes, and delivering insights that help drive business performance. This position offers strong cross-functional exposure and the opportunity to work directly with business leaders in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Your responsibilities- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to support business performance and decision-making.
- Consolidate financial results across manufacturing, regional office, and third-party manufacturing operations.
- Support monthly forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and key business trends.
- Prepare reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to track supply and operational performance.
- Support month-end close activities and provide insights to key stakeholders.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects to support business objectives
The experience we're looking for- 1-3 years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, Supply Finance, Operations Finance, FP&A, or Accounting.
- Strong Excel and SAP experience.
- Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Ability to translate financial data into clear business insights.
- Strong communication, presentation, and business partnering skills.
- Experience working with Supply Chain, Operations, or Commercial teams is a plus.
