How You Will Make an Impact
- Perform daily treasury and cash management activities, including:
- Reviewing bank transactions and account activity;
- Initiating wire transfers and ACH payments;
- Uploading and monitoring Positive Pay files;
- Maintaining and monitoring daily cash balances;
- Recording and reconciling cash receipts.
- Prepare and maintain accurate bank reconciliations, resolving outstanding items promptly.
- Record daily journal entries and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Generate and distribute biweekly Billings, Payments, and Collections reports.
- Prepare monthly financial comparison and variance reports to support financial analysis and decision-making.
- Assist with the preparation and monitoring of monthly cash flow forecasts and reporting.
- Manage accounts receivable operations, including:
- Recording customer billings;
- Reconciling accounts receivable balances;
- Monitoring collections and aging reports;
- Resolving billing discrepancies.
- Prepare and issue Time & Material (T&M) billings in accordance with contract requirements and customer specifications.
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Project Controls, and Operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient processing of transactions.
- Support internal and external audit requests by providing financial documentation, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, banking requirements, and internal controls related to treasury and accounting functions.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field required.
- Experience in corporate finance or accounting required
- Detail oriented and takes personal ownership over assigned duties.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and strong financial acumen.
- Analytical and process-driven.
