Job Description:
Lineage is currently searching for a Senior Finance Analyst Finance to join our growing Network Optimization Finance team. Ideal candidates possess in-depth experience in finance, accounting or logistics combined with strong technical skills, a drive for financial process improvement and the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment. You will partner closely with the Finance Managers, Directors of Network Optimization, Field Finance teams, Engineering, and Operations as well as our global finance partners to support a capital spend program of over $1B annually. As the Finance Manager for this critical business function, you will need to be highly effective at facilitating and leading cross-functional teams and building strong working relationships with functional and operating leaders at all levels. You will need to exhibit organization, attention to detail, and a strong background in financial analysis to accurately underwrite and track our global capital expenditure projects.
Job Functions:
- Act as the finance global point of contact for capex growth to provide timely, accurate project spend, forecasting and project performance tracking as well as maintaining consistency globally in processes and data governance.
- Perform the collection, authentication, and analysis of financial data for the Optimization and Capital Deployment division & other stakeholders.
- Develop and utilize project models to determine the overall financial effectiveness of potential capital projects.
- Manage & produce the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of Global CAPEX spend, EBITDA and Revenue versus the underwrite to evaluate project performance and status.
- Partner closely with the local finance teams to support the deployment of capital within their regions.
- Prepare various executive level financial deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors required; Masters preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive relevant experience, preferably in a Workday ERP environment
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience developing reports and / or processes in a Workday ERP environment.
- Financial modeling experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative), including the ability to solve practical problems and analyze processes for improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information crisply and succinctly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and presence to quickly gain respect and build strong working relationships across the organization at all levels, including C-Suite/Executive
- Comfort working in a hands-on, highly engaged environment and willingness to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility along with a strong work ethic and bias for action.
- Natural curiosity along with a high degree of enthusiasm, commitment, servant leadership skills and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without specific authority (cross-functional, matrixed teams)
- Commitment to providing outstanding internal and external customer support.
- Estimated travel 5-10%
