About the Role: As a Financial Analyst, you'll support site finance operations and project analysis for this site. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll handle reporting, forecasting, and project cost tracking across multiple programs.
Responsibilities:- Oversee financial reporting and cost control for various programs
- Assist with monthly/quarterly close
- Track labor utilization and indirect rates
- Build annual sales plans and track performance
- Analyze program profitability, costs, and cash flow
- Manage program accounting (sales, cost, inventory, billing)
- Present financial data to leadership and auditors
- Help with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Support ongoing financial projects and planning
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in accounting/financial reporting
- Strong understanding of US GAAP
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience in a manufacturing or lean environment is a plus
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Compensation: $80,000-$120,000 base salary
