The Financial Analyst will support PMI Sales organization and other key business line partners. This role is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, analysis, and decision support activities that help leaders evaluate performance and drive business results.

The individual will serve as a finance partner to product, sales, and business line teams, providing insights and recommendations related to revenue performance, forecasting, business cases, and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include developing financial models, analyzing trends and variances, supporting monthly and annual planning processes, and delivering ad hoc analyses to support management decision-making.

In addition to core finance responsibilities, the role will support the implementation of Finance AI and automation initiatives. This includes helping deploy AI-enabled data models, analytics solutions, and intelligent agents that improve forecasting, reporting, decision support, and overall finance productivity. The analyst will partner with finance, technology, and business teams to identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Additional responsibilities include preparing executive-level presentations and materials for finance and business reviews, researching and resolving data quality issues within financial reporting systems, and supporting the development and enhancement of financial applications, reporting tools, and analytical capabilities.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically three or more years of related experience

• PowerBI experience
• Tableau experience
• Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general
• accounting procedures
• Well-developed mathematical and analytical skills
• Thorough knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting, and planning
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
• Strong technical skills related to data mining and visualization tools

Location Expectations:

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00
