Des Moines, IA, you will:
The preferred location for this position is onsite in
Des Moines, IA. At the discretion of the hiring manager, the role may also be based at a John Deere facility in the
Quad City area (IA/IL) or
Waterloo, IA. For locations outside of Des Moines, regular travel to Des Moines is required. During the initial onboarding and training period, an increased onsite presence in Des Moines will be expected.
- Work with cross-functional Product Line Management Teams to develop cost and investment estimates for new product programs.
- Perform financial analysis and prepare AFEs for new product programs.
- Work with teams throughout program life to track product cost and investment spending to aid in the management of program goals.

- Experience in financial analysis, including financial modeling
- Demonstrated high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders (within and outside of Finance) at various levels of the organization
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal skills
What Makes You Standout- Knowledge of Deere product cost theory and systems
- Understanding of Profit by Product, structure lines, and normal volumes
- Experience with PowerBI / other data analytic tools
EducationIdeally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
