How the Role Fits In:
This role, as a member of the financial reportingteam, will provide support to senior managementwith SG26A reporting and other finance corporate
functions. This role requires the ability to communicate with employees of all levels andwork in an open environment.
Purpose of Job
The Financial Analyst will ensure accurate andtimely recording of financial transactions, forecasting, and preparation of reports for Senior
Managers, and members of the Executive Team. A flexible work schedule is required to meetmonthly, quarterly, and especially year-endfinancial book close deadlines. This role is a keypart of the Finance Reporting Team ensuring the
integrity of the P26L and Balance Sheet.

Responsibilities 26 Accountabilities
68 Responsible for month-end reporting of SG26Aand Corporate Overhead financial results andall related schedules for both O26P USA andrelated businesses and legal entities.
68 Prepare SG26A reporting for Senior management and cost center owners to
review.
68 Coordinate monthly forecast and annual budgeting process for SG26A and CorporateOverhead.
68 Understand the cost allocation process withinSAP as it relates to both internal reporting aswell as product line reporting.
68 Track SG26A Product Line Cost Allocations.
68 Responsible for bank account reconciliations.
68 Review and record payroll and benefitsactivities.
68 Month-end activities, recurring monthly journal entries, GL 26 account reconciliation, accruals,and variance analysis. Must possess a solid understanding of debits and credits.
68 Track, record, and pay insurance premiums forO26P and all of INEOS North America.
68 Monitor intercompany charges activity, produce the required monthly billing, andensure the intercompany receivable and payable accounts are reconciled.
68 Clear Intercompany Balances
68 Clear unapplied Cash at Month-End.
68 Assist with Daily Cash application.
68 Assist with AR/Credit Reporting
68 Work closely with the other members of theFinance 26 Accounting team.
68 Support compliance efforts by providingrequired information to external financialauditors as required.
68 Backup for other members of the Finance Team as needed.
68 Participate in special projects from time to time, as directed by management.
68 Other duties as assigned.
Skills 26 Knowledge Required
Education/Experience
B.S. in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of relevant experience required.
Master27s in business, accounting orfinance will be strongly considered as
positives.
Previous financial accounting experience required, preferably in the chemical
industry.
Chemical industry experiences a plus.
Skills/Competencies
SAP FI module knowledge (knowledge ofother modules also a plus)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solvingability with attention to details.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills 2 some of the work in
this role is deadline driven.
Self-starting individual who can work with a minimum of direction preferred.
Must have good communication skills andbe able to discuss and explain financialtransactions and processes in a clear andconcise way to individuals across all levelsof the organization.
Ability to work in a team and well-developed interpersonal skills.
Strong working knowledge of financial internal control processes.
