DescriptionWhat you'll do- Support financial close processes, reconciliation, variance analysis, and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain financial models to optimize margins and drive growth across the existing fibre footprint.
- Conduct market and industry research to identify market trends, customer demand patterns, and margin expansion opportunities.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis and summary reports to inform business strategy and decision making.
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
QualificationsWhat you bring- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial modeling and market research.
- Proven ability to drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging analytics, dashboards, and metrics to monitor program health, identify risks early, and present strategic recommendations
- Skilled at managing multiple deliverables in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Advanced Excel and G-Suite proficiency.
Great-to-haves - Experience in telecommunications or other capital-intensive industries.
- Working knowledge of SAP/S4 HANA.
- Knowledge of SQL and BI tools.
Salary Range: $57,000-$105,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 10%
