Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.
- Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
- Experience working with data sets for Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)/Lifetime Value (LTV) builds.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience with building data infrastructure (e.g., designing architecture, building data pipelines, implementing scalable monitoring) and implementing reporting solutions.
- Experience in developing strategies in fast-paced competitive environments, impeccable business judgment for resource allocation decisions to achieve the desired business outcome.
- Ability to work with data to produce analysis, influencing decision making with numerical analysis and generating insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a wide variety of departments.
- Knowledge of SQL and statistical tools/systems.

Responsibilities - Identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability or impact of unfortunate events or to maximize the realization of opportunities.
- Work with datasets to create, own, and iterate on valuation metrics, customer lifetime value models, and monetization trends.
- Design and build data infrastructure, dashboards, and tracking tools to evaluate and surface insights on the performance of launches, new business models, and investments.
- Serve as the finance business partner and liaison to Product, Engineering, and broader finance teams.
- Translate analytics into executive-level presentations and key takeaways.
