Position Overview
The Financial Analyst at HGH will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions within the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and experience working with ERP systems.
This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of financial processes and a desire to contribute to the organization's financial success.

Some flexibility in working hours may be required during peak periods such as month-end or year-end close.
What we are looking for
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
- Experience working with ERP systems is required.
- CPA designation is a definite plus, but not required.
- Previous experience in a financial analysis role is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial data clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive approach to tasks, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
