We are seeking an Analyst, Infrastructure Investments and Project Finance with 2-4 years of direct experience in P3s, concessions, project finance, or infrastructure investments to join our growing team.

Reporting to senior leaders within Graham , you will support the evaluation, development, financing, and delivery of complex infrastructure and development opportunities while contributing to investment decisions and procurement pursuits.

Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to Site

Financial Modeling & Transaction Execution

  • Participate in all aspects of the transaction process, including feasibility, bid phase, financial modeling, due diligence, and execution.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for P3 , AFP and private development opportunities.
  • Prepare financial responses to formal tenders and RFPs, and help prepare investment memos, lender due diligence packages, and presentations.
  • Review project agreements, payment mechanisms and commercial documents to assess financial implications on the project economics
  • Evaluate new investment and development opportunities.


Strategic Analysis

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor procurement pipelines, financing markets, and industry trends.
  • Prepare business cases, investment memoranda, and presentations for senior leadership.


Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with development, construction, legal, operations, and finance teams.
  • Support relationships with lenders, investors, advisors, consortium partners, and clients.
  • Present analyses and recommendations to key stakeholders.


The Right Tools for the Job

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. An MBA or CFA is an asset.
  • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking , infrastructure investments, project finance, advisory or related field

Compensation
  • Salary Range $89,000 to $115,000 per annum
  • Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
