FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. a day in the life

Reporting directly to the Manager FP&A, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning for key business functions of lululemon ranging from Supply Chain to Technology. In addition, you will be responsible for providing insightful analysis from financial and operational metrics and be skillfully adept at connecting operations with financial results.
  • Lead annual operating budget plans and monthly forecasting
  • Identify & investigate monthly and quarterly variances to budget and forecast while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Ad hoc decision support and scenario analysis as required
qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration
  • CPA or MBA a plus
  • 3+ years of progressive financial analysis and reporting experience with fast paced business environments. Retail industry experience an asset
  • Expert knowledge of Excel is required and working knowledge of Oracle Hyperion an asset
  • Extremely organized, thorough and takes pride in quality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner
  • Ability to work with a large amount detail without losing sight of the big picture

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$71,400-$107,200 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
