Job Title: Financial AnalystJob Overview:This position requires a strong analytical background with the ability to analyze and consolidate financial results for reporting to high-level management. Should be a self-starter, able to demonstrate sound judgement and versatility in decision making and problem solving.
Role and Responsibilities: - Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and support to senior management
- Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results and variance reporting
- Spearhead the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
- Develop models/scenario planning that help in decision making
Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA or CMA a plus
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance and financial planning & analysis
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to accuracy and detail required

Pay Range: $78,000 - $102,000 per year
