VCI Construction is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, business analysis, and executive decision-making. This position is responsible for analyzing company financial performance, creating and modifying reports, reviewing P&L statements and balance sheets, identifying trends, and delivering actionable financial insights.

What you'll do- Analyze monthly financial results, including P&L and balance sheets.
- Prepare, modify, and maintain financial reports and dashboards.
- Perform variance analysis and identify business trends.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting.
- Develop ad hoc reports for leadership.
- Partner with Accounting and Operations to improve financial reporting and business performance.
- Recommend process improvements and reporting enhancements.
What you'll need- 7+ years of financial reporting and financial analysis experience.
- Strong experience with financial statements, reporting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, financial modeling).
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Construction or project-based industry experience is a plus.
The wage range for Financial Analyst is $90,000.00 - $100,000.00
