Overview

The Financial Analyst, Digital at Crocs, Inc. will support the Manager, Digital FP&A with financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the HEYDUDE Digital Channel, including HEYDUDE.com and Marketplaces. This role will help maintain recurring reporting, analyze business performance, and provide clear insights that support timely decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Digital Marketing and eCommerce teams to analyze marketing performance, promotional activity, and customer trends, providing financial insights that support growth and profitability decisions.
  • Support recurring reporting responsibilities, including daily sales and KPI reports, and help analyze trends, variances, and business drivers.
  • Assist with monthly close variance analysis and partner with accounting to validate inputs and support reporting accuracy.
  • Assist with monthly presentations by preparing supporting analysis, schedules, and explanations of financial results and key drivers.
  • Support FP&A activities, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long-range planning inputs, and financial performance reviews.
  • Complete ad-hoc analysis to address operational questions and identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and help translate data into clear, actionable insights for the business.
  • Work effectively in a team environment with urgency, curiosity, and strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain master data sets and update financial models that support efficient recurring analysis.


What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of related finance, accounting, or analytical experience

Title: Financial Analyst, Digital

Salary or Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
