Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CMA, CPA, or CFA designation preferred.
• 3-5 years of cost accounting or financial analysis experience, ideally in manufacturing or roofing industries.
• Experience with JDE ERP platform is required; advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel to various multi-state plant operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product standard costs for 22 manufacturing plants.
• Oversee inventory valuation, obsolescence reserves, and physical inventory counts.
• Audit Bills of Materials (BOM) and routing configurations for accurate costing.
• Update and maintain intercompany transfer pricing within the plant network.
• Ensure transfer price compliance between shipping and receiving plants in ERP.
• Document transfer pricing methodologies for tax and compliance support.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards for benchmarking plant efficiency.
• Assist in annual budget preparation and monthly forecasts, focusing on profitability.
