- Formulate integrated, multi-appropriation budget submissions (e.g., BES, PB) to align command resources with DoW and national strategic guidance.
- Produce comprehensive budget justification documentation (e.g., reclamas, exhibits) to secure funding and address Congressional and Joint Staff inquiries.
- Analyze emerging legislative and policy directives to forecast resource impacts and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Consolidate complex, command-wide budget inputs to evaluate operational trade-offs and produce balanced, multi-year funding plans.
- Execute advanced financial data analytics (e.g., data mining, trend analysis) to defend estimates and resolve systemic program vulnerabilities.
- Defend strategic, command-level budget positions during high-stakes reviews with OSW, Joint Staff, and Service Components.

- This position requires NSA personnel security requirements outlined in NSA/CSS Policy 5-1. Must pass a Counterintelligence (CI) scope polygraph examination.
- The incumbent may be recalled to duty, may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, and may be required to work overtime.

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one-year specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by formulating agency-level financial budget submissions to justify major program requirements and resolve resource trade-offs for senior leadership; analyzing complex legislative and regulatory directives to determine their direct impact on organizational resource requirements and financial operations; developing comprehensive, compliance-driven budget justification documentation (e.g., narratives, exhibits, reprogramming requests) to secure and defend agency funding; AND executing advanced financial and operational data analytics, such as, trend analysis, data mining, and root-cause analysis to forecast requirements long-range program resource requirements.
